Individual deidentified participant data (including data dictionaries) will be shared on request, beginning 9 months and ending 36 months following article publication. Related documents will be available (study protocol, statistical analysis plan) will also be available.
Data will be shared with researchers for scientific analysis only via a dedicated closed data room.
