We are specialised in the care of small children with cranial asymmetries. In a team of doctors, therapists and an orthopaedic technician, we put special emphasis on the earliest possible detection and treatment in order to avoid consequential damage.

If postural- and physiotherapy with parental guidance do not lead to the hoped-for success in the first months, treatment with a dynamic head orthosis should be considered.

Your child's head is measured precisely with a laser probe system. The procedure is not dangerous and is comparable with a laser scanner used at a supermarket checkout. Afterwards, an individual head orthosis is made using the data obtained, which guides the growth of the head. The duration of the treatment depends on the time of the start of the treatment and is usually between four and six months.

The earlier treatment is given, around the fifth or sixth month of life, the greater the improvement in cranial asymmetry.
