Getting here

Düsseldorf International Airport is about 15 minutes away and is approached by all major airlines. If you are admitted to our Private Clinic we offer a shuttle service from and to the airport.

Helios Klinikum Krefeld is located in the centre of the city of Krefeld near the main train station. Follow the signs "Zentrum" and further on "Helios Klinikum Krefeld".

Train

Our clinic is only a few minutes' walk (800 metres) from Krefeld main station. Leave the station via the south exit, keep right at the traffic lights (Ritterstraße) and turn left at the third crossroads (Krahnenstraße), then walk straight towards the clinic grounds.

Bus and tram

We are very easy to reach by public transport. To the west of the clinic premises, bus lines 54 and 69 as well as tram lines 42 and 43 stop at the "Martinstraße" stop. The clinic is already visible from here, but is also signposted. In the east, tram line 41 stops at the "Klinikum" stop, which is located directly at the clinic grounds.

By foot

As a pedestrian you enter the clinic premises from different directions: from the north via Melanchthonstraße and Lutherplatz, where the main entrance with the Infopoint is located; from the east via Kölnerstraße and from the south via Seyffardstraße.

Parking fees
Our multi-storey car parks P1 and P2 as well as the clinic premises can be left again free of charge within 30 minutes. There are therefore no fees for relatives bringing or picking up patients, taxis or suppliers.

Severely disabled persons with the mark (G) or (AG) will receive a free exit ticket upon presentation of their severely disabled pass at the information desk

From a parking time of 30 minutes the following tariffs apply:

07.00 am to 08.00 pm: 1 Euro for every hour
08.00 pm to 07.00 am: 5 Euro
Maximum daily price: 18 Euro
