If the tumour is small and not very aggressive, you can opt for so-called active monitoring.
In doing so, we closely monitor the tumour by means of regular palpation, ultrasound, blood and tissue examinations. If it does not grow any further, any further treatment can usually dispensed with. If there is further growth, we will discuss all treatment options with you.
