I agree that Helios Privatkliniken GmbH may forward the information and medical documents I have provided as part of my request to the relevant medical facilities of the Helios Group (including Helios Clinics), medical centers (so-called MVZ), polyclinics, the Center for Disease Prevention (HPC) to check the possibility and organization of treatment, as well as the fact that my discharge from the clinic where I will be treated can be requested and archived for documentation purposes. I agree that the international department of Helios, acting on behalf of Helios Privatkliniken GmbH, may keep my statements and the final invoice for a period of five years after the end of my treatment at the respective medical facility of the Helios Group for the purpose of viewing my data, in case I reapply to Helios. I further agree that the Helios International Office of Helios Privatkliniken GmbH may evaluate the physician’s letter (including diagnosis and treatment results) as well as the final invoice for quality management purposes and to determine economic key figures in anonymized form. This makes it more difficult to identify me personally, but it is still possible.

Please send your inquiry using the below contact form. Our managers will send you a link for secure upload of your current medical records (reports, discharge summaries, histology results, images). If further information is needed, we will get in touch with you immediately.
All medical records are reviewed and evaluated by our medical specialists
Based on the recommendation of the specialist we will provide you with a preliminary treatment plan and a non-binding cost estimate. If you decide to come to us for treatment the amount stated in the cost estimate has to be transferred to us as a 100% prepayment prior to your admission.
Depending on your home country, you may need a visa for entering Germany. We will be happy to help you obtain your visa by issuing a corresponding invitation letter for you and your relatives.
If you are unable to communicate in German or English we will try and help you finding an interpreter.
After you are discharged from hospital you will receive a discharge letter in German language which of course can be translated into English or Russian if you wish so.
A detailed invoice can be provided six weeks after the patient’s discharge at the earliest
