In hospital with a child

In our children's wards, we offer you as parents the opportunity to accompany your child around the clock during his or her inpatient stay. The wards for premature and newborn babies and the paediatric intensive care unit each have separate rooms for the accompanying parent.

If a family member or a friend travels with you to offer additional support and comfort and they can not or do not want to be admitted as an accompanying person in the hospital, they can stay in a local hotel whilst the patient is being treated in hospital.

For this we have contracted the close by B&B hotel Krefeld which offers guests of the hospital an all-inclusive price of 69 € excl. breakfast to their rooms. This price applies regardless of the size of the rooms still available at the time of the request, but only outside trade fair times. During trade fairs, the hotel grants a discount of up to 50 € on room rates. If the stay extends beyond the trade fair period, a separate offer can also be made in consultation with the hotel. Breakfast can be added at a price of 8,50 € per breakfast. All you need to do is to refer to the cooperation agreement when you make a reservation. The billing is always made directly with the guest and not via the hospital.
