  • radical cystectomy and urine deviation, 
  • excision of urinary bladder diverticula, 
  • lymphadenectomy (in patients with bladder/prostate/testicular cancer),
  • mobilisation of intra-abdominal testes (peeping testes),
  • varicocele operations,
