How to Find Us

from the direction of Berlin, Munich, Halle or Dresden and heading into town:

• Leave the A38 at the exit for Leipzig Südost, and follow the signs towards Leipzig
• Follow the S38 until you reach the district of Probstheida
• Turn right at the Prager-/Chemnitzer-/Bockstrasse crossroads onto Bockstrasse
• Leave the roundabout by the first exit onto Strümpellstrasse, then follow the signs to the hospital

heading out of town:

• Turn left from Prager Strasse onto Nieritzstrasse.
• At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Strümpellstrasse, then follow the signs to the hospital

As soon as you enter the hospital grounds, you will see a large parking lot. There is no charge for the first 30 minutes, but after that you will be charged Euro 0.50 per hour. The maximum daily charge is Euro 5.00.

Arriving by public transport

• take Tram 15 (Meusdorf) until you arrive at Probstheida Station
• then take the bus (Route 76) and exit at the Leipzig Herzzentrum Station

Arriving/departing by taxi

If you are receiving inpatient treatment, you can arrive and depart with a taxi of your choice. The taxi company will invoice your health insurance provider directly for the fare. However, you must pay a share of the cost yourself, and this must be given directly to the taxi driver. There are usually taxis waiting outside the main entrance. If necessary, our staff at the main reception desk can also call a taxi for you.

Please note: if you receive treatment as an outpatient, you will be solely responsible for meeting your own transport costs.
