Support – Recognition
by an experienced person, such as an integration manager. He or she will help you with the forms, translations and correspondence with the authority.
Professional preparation
already in your country of origin in the form of linguistic and cultural preparation. The Learning Bar platform is a great tool you can use to prepare for your stay in Germany.
Continuing education
for example in the form of B2 German language courses or professional continuing education programmes in Germany. These can be free of charge for you.
Equal pay for all
Employment in Germany subject to the same conditions as German employees, i.e. you will receive equal pay for equal work.
No recruitment fees
If fees are incurred for your recruitment, we will fully reimburse them (employer pays principle).
Return is possible at any time
If any unexpected difficulties arise during your stay, we guarantee you that you can return to your home country.

Standards for your application
The recruitment of foreign skilled workers is subject to national and international rules which we are bound by.
Observance of the WHO list
You are only allowed to apply for a job with us if your country of origin is not included in the WHO list. This means it must not be one of the 57 countries that are facing critical health workforce shortages themselves.
Similar level of qualification
The quality level of your qualification must be comparable to the German level of qualification or must be adapted by means of educational measures. Learn more about this in our Learning Bar.
International standards
Furthermore, we are subject to high standards that protect you, such as:
- the ILO core labour standards: no discrimination, no forced labour, no child labour
- the IRIS standards of the International Organisation of Migration, which means fair employment for you in Germany.
- the international human rights instruments
Important countries of origin
Close political, economic or sociocultural relations between your country of origin and Germany are mutually beneficial. Helios preferably employs skilled workers from the following countries:
