The Helios Hospital Group is a corporation that forms a historically grown network of individual, economically independent hospitals. This means that specific details of the employment contracts may vary.

Contracts and partners

Helios cooperates with many recognized network and cooperation partners who have relevant know-how.

These include:

ZAV & Defa: These two cooperation partners advise and support you throughout the entire process.

Other cooperation partners are recruitment companies that have signed a framework agreement with us. The key principles for the fair recruitment of skilled workers are defined in this agreement.

The Helios employment contract

The Helios group-wide collective agreements, which were concluded with the trade unions Marburger Bund und Verdi in 2007, apply in many of the acute-care hospitals. The other hospitals have their own agreements called company-level collective agreements.

You can download the framework collective agreement concluded between Helios and the trade union for acute-care hospitals here.

Binding clause

There are generally no binding clauses in our employment contracts. For you, this means that you are not bound to our company by special agreements. If you want to leave the company, you do not have to make repayments, for example, for your training or further education.
