How do you file a complaint?

If you would like to file a complaint, contact the person concerned first. If this is not possible, you can also use the form below:

Your complaint will be treated as confidential. You do not have to worry that your superiors will be contacted without you knowing.

A Helios staff member will contact you personally within 48 hours after receipt of your complaint. Confidentiality is guaranteed. Only then will you decide together what to do.
